Interesting to note that you bought a product that *used* to be listed
as rogue / fake software though :-/

The above link was on my website all the time...
There were free online scans you could have done from legitimate
companies that might have been able to tell you what the problem
actually was without it costing you a penny :-}
What was it btw ? (or at least, what did it *say* it was)
