Added for clarity: the video doesn't stutter or hesitate-- it just plays
slower than normal. I just confirmed that the original MPG file is
NTSC, 4:3, 29 fps, mp2 audio.... I've scoured the web and can't find a
solution, or even anyone with the same problem.
