No it doesn't. It means they're making a buck as fast as they can
while the wheels of justice move too slowly to protect copyright
holders whose rights are being violated.
I'm not an expert in copyright law, but I do know that Russia joined
the Berne Convention (Google it) on March 13, 1995 and by doing so
agreed to be bound by a standard international copyright agreement
that makes AllofMP3's copyright violating operations illegal.

The original point being it is not a wise thing to give these so
called "lesser partners" your credit card number.

You can hope. The Berne convention has been around over about 110
years so I doubt it will fall to this recent legal challenge.
What's going on here is that Russia degraded from a Communist regime
under the Soviet Union to a "Criminocracy" following the collapse. The
small percentage of citizens who were prepared to deal with unbridled
capitalism and the role of the "entrepreneur" following the collapse
were the criminals and the government was unprepared to deal with
them. The situation is somewhat akin to the USA in the 20s when
assorted crime organizations had a fair degree of control in larger
cities sparking a massive Federal effort to root them out and wrest
control from them. The causes are vastly different, but the
situations are similar. The Russian government still has that job of
regaining control - law and order - in front of them and the
incredible violence the Russian mobs are noted for is a real
impediment to any solution that doesn't devolve into something akin to
urban warfare.
That's the environment in which AllofMP3 is thriving.

I used to live in the Philadelphia area and when Chickie Narducci was
killed his whole neighborhood turned out to pay their respects because
he donated to the local church and to neighborhood improvement...
never mind he has hiring people killed elsewhere. He was still scum.
