Yup. Now the question is, why didn't you read it before you cited it,
since it says the opposite of what you cited it for?
Now, I'll admit I've never had any formal debate training, so I may be
off base here, but my intuition tells me that saying something, and then
citing as a reference something that pretty much directly contradicts
your claim, is not an effective debating technique.
