Hi there
Sorry for the OT post but there seem to be a lot of technical experts in
this newsgroup and I was wondering if you could answer a question for me.
I connect my laptop to my TV at home to watch programs that I have
downloaded via BitTorrent. The graphic card in my PC can output to the TV
in NTSC or PAL. For US programs I have always used NTSC but I was wondering
if it makes any difference to use NTSC or PAL due to the encoding done by
the cappers. Do the capped avi files still follow NTSC (or PAL) frames per
second rates?
