 Either of these might do the job:
 
 DVD Region+CSS Free
 AnyDVD
 
 Both cost money (around $30, I think). Look for a trial version...

 It's what I use (that's how I have the URL), but AnyDVD gets good
 remarks in the NGs too; Google should help.
