I'm not expecting a solution , just opinions ?
My ISP is using bandwidth shaping / packet sniffing ( whatever ) to block
WinMX. I can search , queue etc but connections time out and eventually
fail. There are RARE times, particularly late at night , when I can
occasionally get a decent connection , but not often.
Limewire Pro zips along at max speed, no trouble at all ( although I have
Limewire and it doesn't seem to have the files I want )
My questions is if my ISP is shaping etc , why would WinMX be hit and not
Limewire ?
