Is it???
You can change the ports you use from the defaults to something else
(which might help a bit), but most other people will still be using the
defaults.
It might help if EVERYBODY changed their ports to some random number (not
much chance of that!) but the ISP would soon find another way to block
WinMx traffic anyway.
