Sorry, maybe don't fully understand.
If THEY want to talk to YOU the system will use your port numbers???
What about when YOU want to talk to THEM? Does that then use THEIR port
numbers ???
If not, who/what decides whose port numbers are used for uploading or
downloading. Yours or theirs?
Just trying to understand how it works.... :-)
