You've got to learn how to comprehend what you allegedly read. I never said
there wasn't a backing of Blu-Ray by a number of companies - and my argument
didn't depend on that statement, either. In your case it appears that your
arguments for the sequestered format all require lines like the above to be
repeated like a mantra.
Your spouted "statistics" are all based on supposition and not hard data.
Your urls are either PR fluff releases or cheerleading texts from PS3 fanboi
sites. And 20th Century Fox released on BOTH formats at first, but is
leaning towards HD-DVD at last contact. Do you ever communicate with any of
"the biggest companies" or is it sufficient to just glean material that
supports your viewpoint (or at least that of Sony). "Backing" of Blu-Ray
happened some time ago, and is most likely frayed after the multiple delays
in getting the format to market. Companies like 20th Century Fox etc. etc.
etc. get tired of waiting for silly people to make unnecessary decisions,
especially when they slow down the potential for money-making.
Read this a second time before responding. It might help.
