Nice reply Rolo....
It's a pleasant surprise to hear someone being positive...
I think at the moment, the rest of us are all being very cynical, and
forgetting what brings us here in the first place...Love of movies.
I will say that i feel very letdown by the company's involved for creating
this stupid format war, but what do they care it's only business to them,
same as "Fatty" Lucas.
But ultimately, i'm looking forward to eventually having a high definition
player of some kind.
I've worked hard to save the money to buy my nice high def screen and now i
would like some pretty pictures to play on it....Upscaling is great, i've
said that on here a few times in the last couple of months, but it is
ultimately creating something out of nothing, i want the real deal.
And i want it without the risk of buying into a technology that could be
obsolete, when it potentially loses the battle with it's rival.....whichever
way round that works....
Anyway, Nice one Rolo.....Go enjoy those lovely high def pics for us all
will you....
And thanks to the group for proving we can have a good discussion on here
without resorting to arguing, it's a pleasant change.
