LOL! Yes - Lutricia McNeil - "Ain't that just the way" was the first chart
one to do that. I was well confused at first then started seeing
professional audio plugins aimed at exactly that effect. Perhaps future
video processors will have a VHS mode which reduces the picture to 200lines,
adds hum bars and tears the bottom 5% off and puts it at the top ;-D
