Bzzzzzzzzz, irrelevant! That is referring to decrypting the
*original* file, not converting to another format. One can use iTunes
*itself* to rip a burned audio CD, of iTunes Music Store files, to MP3
or AAC. That law is also *NOT LEGALLY TESTED*, as I said in a
*previous* reply that your DUMB-SHIT ASS apparently never bothered to
read.
