After some lengthy research I finally found a device that
converts analog to Firewire: DFG-1394 by THE IMAGING
SOURCE.
This device apparently takes analog input and puts out uncompressed
firewire output, basically converts any analog camera into a firewire
camera.
Are there any users out there? What is the digitzation quality?
I wanted to know if anyone is aware of alternatives to this device,
or is this the only kind (small analog to firewire box) in the
market?
