Bad experience buying with viewsatonline.com (Viewsat Online)
Just a precaution when buying from Viewsat Online for a viewsat 2000 FTA
receiver..
1.. They failed to get my order to me within the timeframe they told me
and even past their own statement.
2.. They cannot or will not track or provide a tracking number so I could
find out where my shipment was (if it was even shipped)
3.. When I called and left a voice mail(only way to contact them (they do
not respond to email inquiries all ). The last words from the person was to
"kiss my ASS". Would you expect any type of support fro this guy. Definitely
CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE.
4.. For a few bucks more go to a more reputable dealer, do not make ,my
mistake. What do you think he would say if the receiver was defective and
you called for a replacement etc ? Probably KMA as well.
I would definitely avoid a creature like this. Only They will talk you you
if there is not problem , but watch out if you do and you will get a KMA and
a hangup.
