I have been trying to find out if there is a way to move the anchor point of
a clip so that when I add a rotation it will rotate aroung where the anchor
point is placed.
In the effects window, I can use the mouse to grab a numerical value for the
anchor point and drag it left or right to increase or decrease the value and
the anchor point slowly becomes aligned where I want it in the preview
window, but this is so tedious. Trying to type in a value is a hit or miss
thing and is hard to get correct without a lot of trial and error.
It doesn't seem possible to just grab the anchor point with the mouse and
relocate it on the clip- whenI try to do this the whole clip image shifts
rather than the anchor point.
Am I missing something, or is there no easy way to relocate the anchor point
of a clip?
Thanks for any advice.
