Thanks for the advice.
I used DVDshrink, followed by TmpegEnc Author, but I had a/v sync problems
and only 4 tracks out of 30 were able to be heard. I had picked the still
images option in DVDshrink, since I didn't need video- just audio (this DVD
is for use in my car's DVD system with 5.1). Evidently this didn't work.
If it is makes it easier, I am happy to just keep the audio and video
intact. Maybe selecting the highest level of compression will work (with
DVD shrink)?
Also, I thought I read somewhere that DVD shrink can't deal with 5.1 audio
files correctly. Is this true?
