RDR-HX825 (same as RDR-HXD860) HDD/DVD recorder in standby mode,
periodically wakes up, makes a bit of noise (fan maybe) for a minute or so,
then stops making noise and goes back to being quiet (normal). This occurs
when the device is not programmed to record, no disk is loaded, and all
other attached devices are in off/standby mode. Anyone know what is
happening?
