VirtualDub has add and remove logo filters. Papajohn shows how to
achieve this in his walkthrough :

Now all you need to know is that VDub can batch process a series of
files, and the dots should join up ;-)
[Hint : In VDub = File -> Job Control -> Edit -> Process Directory]
