Even though stand-alone blu-ray players cost almost twice the cost of
hd-dvd players, new reports show that sales of the players are about
50:50!

Add in the PS3 effect, the overwheming superiority of Blu-ray content
in terms of title releases and studio support. and you know it's just
a matter of time now before Universal (the ONLY exclusive hd-dvd
studio as oppoed to the FIVE major studios exclusive to Blu-ray) joins
the list of blu-ray supporters!
