I think there are two different questions here -- I think the OP
is asking for a camera that shoots at the regular 30 fps but
has a fast shutter speed to stop the motion each 1/30th of a
second. If instead he is indeed looking for what Richard is
talking about where it actually shoots at a much higher number
of fps than the normal 30 then that is a different ($$$) issue.
You might want to clarify which it is you are looking for.
