actually, i work on server apps and mobile. i just happen to think blu-
ray (1) sounds better than h-dvd; (2) has a better future

no kidding. but it's so much fun tweaking all those hd-dvd "fans" who
obviously could not project worth shit even back in summer 2006 when i
told them it was inevitable blu-ray would win.

ah, well, i have tons of other hobbies. it's why i visit only once or
twice in clusters every year.

PS. For all those people claiming the end of sony because of
PS3....hello???? any brains there?
The PS3 was meant to be more a weapon for blu-ray, and less a gaming
console, AT FIRST.
It's why they priced it way above the competition because of the
emphais on high-end customers and the focus on blu-ray.
Guess what the top console is still - the PS2! Not the wiii, not the
xbox360...whatever.....

Sony means for this to be a long-term war, with the PS2 holding the
fort while it uses the PS3 to win the entertainment center market. In
the end, I'll bet ya once blu-ray has gone so far ahead of hd-dvd that
it's pretty much lost, sony might suddenly produce and introduce a
stand-alone PS3 at xbox360 prices....
Game over....again.
Not that i particularly care what the hell sony does...it's just sorta
obvious.
