such wierd definitions. And why you seem so resistant to
doing some basic research.

Most of the "discussion" of copyright in these forums is of this
variety where random citizens of variable cluelessness post
their opinions. IMHO, this is pretty much useless. If you are
really concerned about copyright, educate yourself and use
the services of competent counsel. Except for Ptravel, (who
does this for a living) 99% of what you read here about
copyright is useless at best and frequently dangerously
misleading.
