Herz you have to count for the fact that we are talking about small lcd
screens here. 336x960 resolution on a 7" screen sports a very sharp
looking picture. but i was surprised at when comparing other brand
models was that even though others had higher res specs this coby model
still looked like it had a better quality picture. and it was my main
reason for buying it.
your not going to find many 7" screen portable dvd players that have
720x480 input lcd resolution. if you see specs like that most likely its
only the players output resolution for hookup to a tv. and regarding
your opinion of coby products. for the most part i agree. but this
player has had heavy heavy use for 8 months now without any problems. so
on this basis it seems to be pretty solid. and why im recommending it.
something i thought i would never do for any portable player. others i
have had were gone pretty fast. many overheat.
