You can do it manually in FCP.
1 double click the face track in the timeline
this loads it into the viewer window.
2 click the motion tab in the viewer window
3 move to the first frame, and click the
keyframe button next to the center parameter.
4 adjust the position of the face.
5 scrub through the timeline until there is a
mismatch, and reposition the face. This will
set a new keyframe.
6 Repeat step 5 until done.
You can do a rough first pass, and refine it in
the canvas. Look in the manual for 'motion paths'
for more info.
