Btw, maybe it makes sense to change the file extension from ISO to something
else like ISO.BACKUP, then d-n-d this file into DVD already switched to UDF
mode to support huge files, and finally rename the file on DVD project to
ISO back again. I guess it should help because if we D-n-D the NRG or ISO
files Nero understands that as a command to use this image to burn the disk.
