Revisit your port sets, and try numbers like 62,100 and up. I don't know
how an ISP would know what your are doing without using regular ports, until
your overall bandwidth got too high; and make sure your router opens those
ports to your LAN address.
if they are blocking you on bandwidth useage, complain, as that probably
isn't in their service agreement.
