I would like to optimize my WinMx Settings. I connect as a primary. I have
a very fast connection 18 megs/sec incoming & outgoing (Fiber). Can someone
explain how the 'Throttle Process Interval' effects bandwidth. What are the
best settings to optimize bandwidth usage?

I have a dedicated machine for MP3 File sharing.
