Why wouldn't it be legal? Just the existence of a product doesn't make it
illegal. If you used a pen to kill someone, does that make all pens

Ooh. He cross-posted (not multi-posted!) to 4 whole groups. My server
got 2 copies of his post for some reason, but even so, that makes the
total BI for his post a whole whopping 4. A BI of 20 or more is
considered spam by usenet's standards. He wasn't posting MMF or some
other blatant scam (which are automatically cancelable on sight). He made
a single post about a product he'd come across. Even as a paid shill, the
post is still not considered spam.
Grow up and learn to use your reader's filter features. You'll be a lot
happier.
