But surely the DVD just tells the player what it wishes the player to allow.
If the player wants to allow you to go directly to the menu, surely it can.
With some units, pressing Stop to stop the DVD (after it has auto-played)
will get you out of the supposedly mandatory previews and other garbage.
Then press Menu to restart with the main menu.
