It's Revver with two v's, not Rewer with a w. So www.revver.com
should work, but the main site is now at:

http://one.revver.com/

(Your newsgroup reader will hopefully make that clickable.)

As I think I said before, I'm not saying it's perfect -- but a) they
have shown a consistent concern for respecting copyrights, and b) I've
paid some bills with what I've earned on my videos there, so I'm
satisfied with their site so far. I'm hoping they soon resolve some
long-standing issues that will make it even more useful.

I should also point out that it's not a "video sharing site" like
YouTube, but a "video publishing and monetizing service." That might
seem like an esoteric distinction, but when you realize the extent to
which their API and other tools can be used to build your own
video-enabled site with Revver as the back-end, you'll see that the
look and feel of Revver's site (and the videos you may see there) are
much less relevant than on a "typical" video destination site.
