Yes, or really three.
There's the HDR-FX7, sometimes also referred to as the HDR-FX7J, sold
only in Japan. Then there's the HDR-FX7E, sold in 50 Hz areas such as
Western Europe. And then there's the HDR-FX7 which is sold in 60 Hz
areas such as North America.

Since both Italy and Switzerland are 50 Hz countries, chances are that
what you actually purchased is the HDR-FX7E, which is what you want,
rather than the HDR-FX7 (or HDR-FX7J), which is not what you want.

If you're concerned, you might want to contact the seller and confirm
that what they've shipped to you is the HDR-FX7E. The "E" on the end
of the model number is important.
