I was trying to get letter-boxing by using the remote control for my
Samsung 231 DVD player. I succeeded, and then made some sort of false
slip with my finger and bingo, all video disappeared leaving me only
with audio.
I've turned it off, unplugged it, tried to reset it by using the
"clear" function on the remote, looked all over it, front, sides and
back, and cannot find a way to reset it so I can try again. I've moved
it from one television to another, hoping it would work on the second
tv instead of the first, but again, no go.
Does anyone have any idea about this? I have also read the entire
manual front to back, and this possiblity of human error is not even
listed--as if they don't expect any nontechnical user to actually make
this mistake.
Please help!!!
