Hi. I have burned a DV AVI NTSC file created with Windows Movie Maker
to a DVD-R disc (using Sonic's MyDVD) and distributed successfully to
other US residents.
I now need to send a copy of this DVD to someone in New Zealand. My
questions are:
1. Does New Zealand use PAL video? (I've read that they are in Region
4, but I'm not sure what that means.)
2. If so, how can I convert my video to PAL format?
