Your questions are still a bit confusing.
If you already have the music, your best option is to just rip it to MP3.
There are lots of good free ripping programs, and even the cheapest laptops
have a mic. input.
Or simply get a friend with a desktop to do it for you.
If you can't, and just want to download just a few songs then just use Winmx
or one of the pay services.
It really depends on what titles you are specifically seeking, as not
everything is available on either the free or paid download options.
