Can anyone recommend DVD players that meets the following criteria;
Plays DVDs (NTSC), play DVD+/- diske, DVDRW+/- disks, and dual layer
disks as well. I currently have two DVD players, a Toshiba and a
Citizen. The Citizen seems to do a good job with DVD+ and DVD- disks
and the RW ones too, but it can't read the second layer of a dual layer
disk. And the Toshiba (5 years old) has difficulty reading DVD+ and
DVD- disks. You see little brightly colored squares in the picture say
an hour or so into a movie, and then it will seize up. I created and
burnt the DVDs using both Roxio 9 & Intervideo 3. And they play just
fine on our computers.
