Me too, but it would be an interesting one to figure out - you could
point out that you were taking them to small claims court to enforce a
refund of the non-DVD if they refuse - that'd usually bring a manager
out of the woodwork.
If you also happened to have a copy of the white book (?) standards with
you at the time, and *thunk* it down on the desk and ask him to tell you
where it says DRM is described as a legitimate protection method...
