I routinely use VideoRedo, a nice little program which lets you do
frame-by-frame selection and then do a video capture at various resolutions
up to and including the full video frame resolution is either a file or
directly to the Clipboard. HDV video at 1920 by 1080 is the "high rez"
format I normally use. Take note that the video needs to be in mpeg format
(such is output from HDV camcorders) but other video file formats will not
directly be usable without conversion. They offer a trial version if you
want to check it out.
