Such charges should be outlawed in my opinion and paid directly by the
Government out of the charges they are taking in from it.
This would give the opportunity of getting the best deal from Royal Mail as
well as stop consumers and businesses being price-gouged with no
alternative.
It is nothing more than an extra tax afterall, being levied by a private
company!
....And that's whether this hike is an April Fools or not. ...And I don't
even live in the UK anyway. :)
