There is a shareware product that is supposed to do this with video, but I
do not remember the name. I have never seen a product for stills from video.
I did read that with Video Pics there is a problem if you have movement in
the frames, and you would have to ask yourself just how well this product
really worked if it is no longer available. My guess is that if you had a
shot on tripod with no appreciable movement in the frame that perhaps it
worked as advertised, but only in that limited case.
