That's exactly how to eliminate it. Fortunately for the the OP, it's a
steady harmonic at a constant level.
A final suggestion... Put that dopey camera operator on the "Do Not Hire"
list, or shoot with a full crew, meaning having an audio person.
He saved himself three hundred bucks, and now needs to spend a day doing
cleanup...
