Yes. evidently it has harmonics up and down the line. As far as I
know, neither Sound Forge nor Premiere has a noise reduction sampler
out of the box.
I've got a copy of SoundSoup coming my way. In any case, I think clips
will be useable, especially if I can tart it up a bit. As I think I
mentioned the guy speaks very quickly with few pauses.
