Weli, we are having problems with such fees in Italy, but I see that it
is a common trend. The advantage of having customers that have no
choice, I guess. Do you have a way to denounce this in the UK? Here in
Italy we have complained everywhere, but to no avail.
I wonder if it is done on purpose, to discourage indivuduals from taking
advantage of international commerce while pretending that there is an
"open market". It would certainly make the entertainment industry happy,
as it makes it less convenient to buy Cds or DVDs from those markets
where they sell the same items at a lower price.
