Sadly, not quite: the MPEG2 video stream is compatible but the AC3 audio
has to be converted to Layer II, 48kHz, etc. However, Womble does this
fairly quickly.
We've begun using HD camcorders in SD mode because we have an HD fanatic
in our group!
I CAN take DV25 files Directly so I am looking for any Camera that can
produce MPEG2 720x480 29.97 with audio on Layer II, 48kHz, 224 bps.
Has anyone ever seen such a camcorder?!
