Tonight I got a spark of hope when - in stead of trying to play the DVD - I
tried to copy the file from DVD to HDD in the recorder. This was performed
without problems.
So now I tried again to play the file from harddisk... It gave a few flashes
on the screen and then I got dumped back again into the file menu...
It's a real pain taking care of the right formats which a player "is
supposed to be able to play", and even then being disappointed because of
apparent incompatibilities.
It seems a waste of time fiddling around with this formats shambles...
