Do you have the name and serial number that were origially
used to unlock it? You can likely get the the installer itself from
a "warez" source. The "warez" people deal in illegal distribution
of licensed software. But if you have a license, it isn't illegal.
Syntrillium was subsumed by Adobe and likely has no legal
right to continue distributing their old products officially.

Yes. For some reason Adobe has never made CE2K into
an entry-level product ("Audition Elements") like they have
for several of their other popular applications (Photoshop,
Premiere, etc.) CE2K was very popular and "Audition
Elements" would be a natural product to sell to the
exploding "podcasting" market.
