You can "slipstream" service packs into an original XP installer.

Unfortunately, you cannot slipstream SP2 into an SP1 installer. You
need to have an installer without any service packs to do that.

I don't really know anything about installing XP on a Mac, but given
your stated parameters, you're hosed already. If you can find an SP2
patched installer, though, your registration key should work with it
well enough.
Something else worth mentioning: If you have an OEM license for XP, like
would come with the purchase of a PC, you don't have the legal right to
install it to a different machine.
