Hi All

I might be being a bit thick here, but do you know of any video editing
software that will allow me to do the
following with a video file (AVI):

1) Blur out somebody's face. The videos are of pre-school kids and some
kids aren't allowed on the movies, but they always have a knack of wandering
into shot.

2) Mute the sound at certain times. Again, certain conversations might be
picked up in the background that we don't want on film, so the ability to
mute out the sound at opportune times is vital.
