There is a really simple answer, buy a bigger monitor and run (if you
must) Vstudio 10.
With a big enough monitor you could probably increase the screen
resolution to give you more screen real estate while having the same
size text as on a 17" monitor.
Pinnacle is another term for SHIT...You get what you pay for.
