Hi, hope this is the right forum.
I have a PC with Windows XP and also several TVs in my house. I want to
put a TV card into the PC and be able to stream the programming to all
the TVs at the same time across Ethernet or Wifi network. I also want
the option to view the stream on my laptop (which I could do do using
Windows Media player for example). I dont mind if all the TVs have to
watch the same content or not.
I had thought of using Windows Media Encoder, but i cant find any
hardware devices advertised that would display the streaming video from
Windows Media Encoder.
My question is does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to
achieve this. Or if there is another solution that will serve content
to a software (on laptop) and hardware (plug into TV) solution.
